The garmin Nuvi 370 is a fantastic all around product, with only two notable faults for me after having used it for a while and across multiple road trips. The loud speaker volume can seem to be quite quiet in certain areas, such as that with lots of construction where the noise outside your vehicle dims down the sound of the gamrin 370. Another problem I noticed with was in the spoken turn commands where on a few occasions in new areas the directions came a moment to late for me and resulted in me missing a turn (it quickly recalculated the routes however, more quickly then previous GPS units I have used) I also own a TomTom One unit, and only in these two regards do I find it superior, other then that I’m completely in love with the garmin nuvi 370 personal travel unit system
I decided on the nuvi370 over the 600 series due to the size, and liking to be able to slip it into small pockets to take it with me all over, where the other gps models and the nuvi600’s wide screens aren’t easily fit able into your pocket.
After using my new nuvi 370 and several other makes of GPS systems from competitive brands (Magellan and Mio) I’d definitely recommend Garmin and the 370 Nuvi GPS as my favorite and the best buy!
